At WildBazzar, we strive to provide high-quality creative and digital services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

1. Service-Based Work

WildBazzar provides service-based solutions, including video editing, content creation, digital marketing, and creative production. Because our work involves time, expertise, and customized deliverables, refunds are generally limited once work has begun.

2. Advance Payments

For most projects, an advance payment may be required before work begins.

• Advance payments are non-refundable once the project has started.

• If the project is cancelled before work begins, a partial refund may be considered after deducting any administrative or consultation costs.
  
  

3. Project Cancellation

If a client decides to cancel a project after work has started:

• Refunds will not be provided for work that has already been completed.

• Any completed stages or delivered materials will be billed accordingly.

• Remaining work that has not yet been started may be eligible for partial refund at WildBazzar’s discretion.
  
  

4. Revisions

WildBazzar provides revisions according to the terms agreed in the project proposal or contract.

Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction without allowing the agreed revision rounds.

5. Client Delays

If a project is delayed due to the client not providing feedback, approvals, or materials within a reasonable time frame, WildBazzar reserves the right to close or pause the project without issuing a refund.

6. Completed Projects

Once a project has been completed and delivered, payments made for the project are non-refundable.

7. Exceptional Cases

In rare situations, WildBazzar may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Any approved refund will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method.
